2. Information we collect

• Contact details you send us (name, phone, email, company), for example through our request forms, which open WhatsApp or email with your details filled in
• Service and site details (addresses, scope of work, preferred dates)
• Communications with us, including WhatsApp and email
• Technical data that our web host records automatically, such as your IP address and browser type

3. Why we process it

To respond to bookings, quotes and meeting requests; to deliver and invoice services; to meet legal and safety obligations; and, with your consent, to send updates. We process information lawfully under POPIA section 11 (consent, contract, legal obligation or legitimate interest).

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our web hosting, email and WhatsApp), or where required by law. Where information is transferred outside South Africa, we ensure adequate protection as required by POPIA section 72.

5. Security & retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact our Information Officer. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa), whose contact details are on its website, inforegulator.org.za.

7. Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and links to WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply.
